Poomaaruthan

Poomala Bhagavathi is a goddess who arrived in the hills riding a wooden raft. Poomaaruthan Daivam, who calls himself Omana Poonkidaavan, is considered her brother. Poomala Bhagavathi does not have a kettu kolam. Since Poomaaruthan pushes and moves even the spectators during the performance, Poomaaruthan Vellattam is also called Thattum Vellattam.
